i’ve had difficult as of late trying to do things that i should be doing. its a bit frustrating and i’m not sure how to break out of the rut. i could be doing any number of worth while things in the evening hours after the work day is finished.

read the prince
read the news
read various blogs
write on more worth while topics than this post
exercise
grr….
I feel that way a lot. I do organize exercise into my evening routines though. So that I have to do it even if I don’t want to. Which is why I get annoyed when I skip my exercise for a meeting, which may sometimes feel like a waste of time. The exercise always makes me feel better.
